The Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Disciplines (ACSDD), a leading online dental sleep medicine education and credentialing body has been acquired by DreamSleep, a national consulting firm focused on in-office training for dental teams.
Tampa, FL, December 17, 2018 – DreamSleep (N3 Sleep) and ClearGage, LLC, the leading provider of patient financial services, have partnered to provide patient financing to dentists in the DreamSleep network.
Providers in the DreamSleep network can now offer payment financing to their patients, powered by ClearGage. Forty percent of Americans say they skipped a recommended medical test or treatment in the last 12 months due to cost, and 32% were unable to fill a prescription or took less of a medication because of cost.1 “Many patients will not be approved for traditional third-party financing, so providers have to offer a solution. Together, ClearGage and DreamSleep offer a comprehensive suite of patient financing and automated, mobile payment solutions that will meet provider and patient needs,” says Chip Hunziker, CEO and Founder of ClearGage, LLC.
Additionally, this new patient financing option allows DreamSleep providers to get paid upfront while allowing their patients to pay over time, enabling peace-of-mind for the provider and better care for patients. Offering patient financing can help reduce bad debt, moderate accounts receivable and increase cash flow.
“We are very excited to be able to offer this powerful patient financing solution to our providers. This agreement helps us deliver on one of our core missions: expanding access to sleep apnea treatment.”
